Mountain West Utility Trailer, Inc. acquires Long-Time Arizona Dealer
City of Industry, California – March 3, 2025 – Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona by Mountain West Utility Trailer, Inc.
Earlier this year, Mountain West Utility Trailer Inc. was formed as a new dealer group when Utility Trailer Sales of Utah acquired Utility Trailer Sales of Idaho. The new company is spearheaded by Justin Deputy, President & CEO, and brother Spencer Deputy, Chief Sales Officer, both formerly of Utility Trailer Sales of Utah.
The consolidated operations included locations from Salt Lake City, and St. George, Utah; Las Vegas, Nevada; Boise and Idaho Falls, Idaho; and Spokane, Washington. Now, with the addition of the state-of-the-art facility in Tolleson (Metro Phoenix) and Tucson, Arizona locations, Mountain West Utility Trailer is poised to expand and enhance its customer base in the southwest region.

To meet these demands, it is essential that our facilities and dealer systems remain modern and utilize the latest technologies. By spreading the costs associated with these advancements across multiple locations, we significantly enhance the competitiveness of Utility dealers.”

Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona, established in 1943, is the country’s longest continuously running Utility dealer. Under the leadership of George Cravens, the dealership experienced tremendous growth and had to relocate its Phoenix operations twice due to outgrowing previous facilities. Cravens will continue to be part of the management team for Mountain West Utility Trailer.
